Luxury Homes in Miami Picking Up

Luxury Homes Sales in Miami have been picking up. This is a good sign that the market is turning. Banks are more flexible now in lending Jumbo loans. And since prices have dropped significantly, savvy buyers are taking advantage and purchasing high priced homes.
Usually the luxury home sector picks up before the other market tiers.
Alerts for Renters of Foreclosed Homes on Realty Trac

Renters being evicted in foreclosed homes is becoming a big issue.getting worse. Deborah Valledor from the Realtor Association of Miami just posted on her blog that Realty Trac is offering a $25 service for renters to receive alerts for a specific property. That is good news. I had just finished reading an article in the Daily Business Review from yesterday addressing this problem. Realty Trac was not mentioned ,probably because it just was announced today.
